A: Legal services are difficult to calculate as they depend on your personal circumstances and the complexity of your legal matter. However, our firm will always provide you with an upfront quote for legal services. In some cases, we provide flat-fee offers as we know the amount of work involved and the complexity of the work.
Q: Do I need a lawyer to help me immigrate to Canada?
A: Many straightforward immigration matters can be solved without the assistance of a lawyer. However, the assistance of a lawyer is always necessary when: a) there is a serious problem that can prevent you from immigrating to Canada, b) when principal applicants can afford to pay the lawyer’s fees instead of wasting their valuable time on filling forms and putting documents together, c) when applicants are not familiar with the English terms and encounter difficulties filing out the forms, etc.

Q: I want to immigrate to Canada. Now, is there any way I can work and reside in Canada while my application is being processed in my home country?
A: You can come to Canada as a visitor and remain here for the period of time authorized by the immigration officer at the border. The maximum time is usually six months, but it can be extended. You cannot work or study in Canada without a work or study permit. You can apply for these permits at the Consulate or Embassy responsible for your country of residence. NOTE: You cannot apply for a work or study permit from within Canada.
