Ms. Bhardwaj attended law school at the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 1994. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University.

Ms. Bhardwaj has practiced Immigration Law for over 13 years in many different areas including Skilled Worker applications, sponsorships, and Immigration appeals. She has appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board as well as the Federal Court of Canada on immigration matters.

Ms. Bhardwaj opened up the real estate practice when many of her immigration clients began calling her for advice on the purchase of their first home or investment property in Canada. The clients felt a sense of trust and comfort in her and wanted consultation on other legal issues.

Ms. Bhardwaj is a strong believer in humanity and is active in the immigration community. She is a member of the Refugee Lawyers Association and vocal on issues for the underprivileged.
